The cottage includes a comfortable living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The living room features a futon suitable for a child or an extra adult, along with air conditioning. Outside the cottage, you'll find a lovely covered private porch with lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Aruban breezes. Fast WiFi is available throughout.
The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen-size bed. The bathroom has a hot water shower and Aloe Vera toiletries. It also includes regular towels, bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for beach trips.
The cottage has its own private entrance and secured parking.
The shared pool is stunning, featuring palapas and sunbeds for relaxation. There is also an outdoor shower and a private gas BBQ for your use. It truly is your perfect home away from home.
The Moko neighborhood is very popular, safe, quiet, and friendly, offering a perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to entertainment.
We can assist with car rentals; the rental company will pick you up upon arrival at the airport. Please inquire for a quote.
Guests receive two discount bar codes via email or text message: one for Super Food Plaza, the island's largest and finest supermarket, just a small 10-minute drive away. Open from 8 am to 8 pm (and until 6 pm on Sundays), it offers everything you need, including a delightful Dutch bakery. The other bar code provides a 15% discount at Yummy Aruba establishments, which feature bars and restaurants in the lively High Rise Area. Some of these venues are situated right on the beach, perfect for enjoying a stunning sunset with a refreshing drink in hand.
RATE, TAXES & FEES
- The rate per night is based on 2 persons; each additional person is US$ 20.00 per night, with a maximum of 3 persons in total.
- The end-of-stay cleaning fee is US$ 100.00.
- A 12.5% tourist tax / eco tax of $3.00 per night and a 6% booking fee apply.

Booking Terms
Cancellation Policy
Lessee can at any time, due to urgent circumstances cancel, change or transfer his or her reservation. This must be done in writing to (the agent of) the Lessee and as soon as possible. The cancellation costs are as follows:
* Cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 10% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 25% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior of the Rental Period: 50% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation within 1 week of the Rental Period: 80% of the total Rental Fee
We advise you to arrange for travel insurance that includes a cancellation clause to cover (most of) these costs.
